Mr. Snead is the engineer in charge at Ellerbee E+T. He is an expert in directing major renovations of interstate bridges and superstructure widening projects on primary and secondary highway systems. He has acted as manager on most challenging major bridge projects over rivers throughout West Virginia and Ohio. He is known for being a take-charge manager who can bring projects in on budget and ahead of time.

HUGH D. DALE, CONSTRUCTION AND OIL AND GAS SERVICES MANAGER
Mr. Dale has 35 years operations experience in all aspects of Oil and Gas Drilling, and Completion Operations. He has supervised the drilling and completion of hundreds of oil and gas wells in the Eastern Region and Midwest Region of the United States, many of them on his own land or leases. Because of that experience, Mr. Dale has developed expertise in water, sewer and electrical utility service, pipeline construction and installation of all sizes over very rough terrain, well pad site and roadway construction, and reconfiguring the land to meet stability and environmental standards. Ellerbee has all of the equipment necessary to perform services it offers, with an experienced, talented crew, and a professional management team.
WALLACE I."NICK" WOOD, CIVIL DESIGNER
Mr. Wood brings more than 40 years of experience in fields of engineering ranging from aerospace to civil engineering. In recent years he has been primarily responsible for the design, drafting and contract administration of many substantial sewer and utility projects for municipalities and public service districts. His experience as a contract administrator assures the quality that Ellerbee’s clients will come to expect.
ROY HARPER, CIVIL DESIGNER
Mr. Harper has more than 40 years of experience in civil and highway drafting and design. While much of his experience has come in highways, he has recognized expertise in designing well pads and access systems in the oil and natural gas industries. His years of experience along with a diverse project background reflect the versatility necessary for a variety of civil engineering projects.
W. LEONARD WOMBLE, ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS CONSULTANT
Mr. Womble served in a number of substantial positions with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection focusing on managing air quality, reclamation of abandoned mine lands and acid mine drainage issues from underground mining. He is experienced in every phase of management in the extractive industries.

Mr. Webb brings twenty years of experience in making creative use of the most modern CARD and civil engineering software. Mr. Webb's signing plan development, bridge plan development, bridge inspection, quantity computations, construction plan development, general drafting and field work have found many devotees.
